Azi's Cold Storage Capacity
Our facility includes a modern cold storage unit with capacity for up to 1,000 pallet positions, purpose-built to support both chilled and frozen product requirements. The unit operates with 24-hour temperature monitoring and recording, ensuring full compliance with food safety and quality assurance standards. All temperature data is digitally captured and seamlessly linked to our Warehouse Management System (WMS), providing real-time visibility, traceability, and accurate inventory control.
3PL Chilled and Freezer Services
Beyond traditional storage, the facility operates under a full 3PL model for the New Zealand market, offering end-to-end solutions including receipting, inventory management, order picking, dispatch, and distribution for chilled and frozen goods. The WMS enables effective stock rotation, batch and expiry management, and proactive inventory level monitoring to support consistent service levels.
Our Annual
The cold storage unit also supports the export market, providing a secure temporary holding facility for consolidated reefer containers. This allows exporters to stage, consolidate, and manage temperature-sensitive cargo prior to shipment, reducing dwell time and maintaining cold chain integrity through to vessel loading.
